How can we help?

What do administrators need to know about the Khan Academy reimagined experience?

Updated

The reimagined Khan Academy experience offers a more streamlined and engaging learning experience for students and teachers. As mentioned in this blog post, these updates were piloted in schools, and designed with direct input from teachers to better support instruction, reporting, and student motivation. We are excited to get your school(s) started on the reimagined Khan Academy!

This admin-focused article is comprised of 4 sections:

  • Section 1: When you can expect to see these platform changes

  • Section 2: What the key changes you need to know as an administrator, and resources to share with your teachers and staff about them

  • Section 3: Technical setup instructions for your IT team
    • Important! Ensure you have added the updated Khan Academy URL to your allowlists, firewalls and adblockers!
    • We recommend adding *.khanacademy.org (make sure to add the star and the period at the beginning!) and khanacademy.org
