Student account deleting assignments

This could sometimes occur when a student may have been removed or removed themselves from your class. When this happens, you the teacher can no longer see or assign assignments nor change the display name and see that student's profile or account proggres information unless you have a link to their account. So I suggest that you have that student try to rejoin your class on Khan academy so that you can see their progress once more.

Here you can report a bug that may be occurring if it's not because of the purpose that the student was removed or removed themselves from the class.

That is what makes this crazy, the student is STILL my student and in the class. I can even assign them activities. Just all of their data is gone in the score reports. 

I see, do you mind sending a screenshot of how it appears, this will allow me to see further on how to address this. 

The student in the middle is the one in question. I can assign them things (they are still in the class list for assignments) and they can still log in and save their progress on their side. However, this is all I see on my report. 

Ok, I have never seen this before. Is the student doing the assignments that you post?

If so there could be a problem, I suggest that you try to receive help from an administrator because they could further help you with this and also use the link in the previous comment that I published, With their helping you they can report it to perhaps the CEO and they can then address this and fix it.

They are definitely not deleting them. I attempted to set up assignments and they are gone before I can even see the page regardless of the time.

It is only for this student. I have added almost two dozen assignments since the issue first appeared - all others are working fine. I even double check the student is selected in the list of students. Same result, nothing is being attached and all prior work is not appearing.
