Green Guy On Course Page Still Has Empty Crown Even With 100% Mastery and Good Course Challenge Score

Doesn't the orange Crown (as per the picture) mean you've completed?

I've got an orange crown on the course I've 100% completed including the course mastery challenge. 

On the other course where I'm 100% but haven't done the mastery, my crown is uncoloured.

The crown in the left-hand sidebar is not supposed to be colored in once you reach 100% mastery. This is just a static image, so it does not update as your mastery level changes.
