I had a new student join the class today and when I went in to assign her past Khan Academy assignment. I hit "edit" and then assigned the practice to just her. When I went back into the scores page, all of the previous scores from the other student had "disappeared? Can someone please tell me how to fix or "undo" this and how to retrieve the deleted scores of my other students. Thank you in advance.

I'd like to clarify that removing any students, or editing the date for just some students could cause any work that students have already done to be lost permanently.
If you would like to retain data from this assignment, select Copy, and assign that copy to new students or change the copy's due date. For more information, please refer to this article.

I am not 100% sure of what has happened if there was a glitch or if it is how the Khan Academy system is but I suggest that you send a support ticket here where you can receive help from one of our administrators.
