Cannot Create Accounts for students

Hello, is anyone else having difficulty adding students to their classrooms? I'm trying to create the accounts for my kids but when I click create account after inputting their names and [passwords nothing happens and they are not added. the create account button turns grey then back to blue but they are not added to my roster.

Hi, you could try adding them in two other ways: importing the roster from Google Classroom if you use that, or having them create their own accounts in class and join if not.
