CHILDS PASSWORD SETTINGS.. is this a joke?

If you don't get any helpful responses here quickly enough, you may want to use the Report a Problem link (in the upper right when using this on a Windows computer) to contact KA support staff directly.  (Sometimes KA staff respond to these posts after a few hours or days, sometimes they never do; the Support Community posts are most useful if other users are able to help.)

P.S.  Why is my previous comment in this thread held pending approval?  What keywords in that post is KA worried about??

P.S.  Now I have posted my entire comment that's pending approval, just across 2 separate posts.  The algorithm that holds posts from being visible is extremely confusing & frustrating.  I wish KA were willing to be more transparent.

You can find the list of your connected child accounts on this page: https://www.khanacademy.org/parent/settings

If your child is 13+ years old, then the "Edit settings" button will be disabled because the child is able to manage their own account settings.

In this case, you can submit a support ticket here and we can help you set a password and recover access to the account.
