SQL Challenge: Gradebook 1st question

I've been stuck on the first task for the Gradebook challenge for about 2 hours trying to figure out how to turn a decimal into a percent. The prompt is telling me to multiply by 100 and then ROUND, however this wasn't taught (only rounding) so I cant multiply the column and continue on the course. The hint only tells me the beginning but doesn't help me seek help for anything else after.

I have the feeling that the answer is right in front of me but I cannot see it or think of it. It's really frustrating.

In the video that precedes the Gradebook Challenge, Pamela uses multiplication, subtraction, and the ROUND function to calculate target heart rates.

she uses it to find greater than or less than but not multiplying the figures in one column by 100 or any other number. Thanks but no thanks I guess

The previous video shows that you can use arithmetic operations within the ROUND() function, but it doesn't specify that you can use column names within it as well, so I can understand where your confusion is coming from!

To get the percent_completed in the challenge, you need to take the fraction_completed and multiply it by 100 (to get the percent value), and then round it. You can do this as follows:
```
ROUND(fraction_completed * 100)
```
Does that make sense?
