Can multiple people be logged into a coach account at the same time?

Hey,

I am the Data & Systems Coordinator for my school. We are trying to implement whole school Khan Academy SAT prep. It would make sense for there to be one coach account to house all student data, classes, and other important information. Has anyone had any issues with their being too many teachers using the same account at the same time?

Hi Samantha,

It is possible for multiple people to be logged into the same account on different devices. However, if multiple people are making changes on the account, that could cause some issues. As long as the account is only used to look at the data summaries, and nobody is making discussion posts or creating assignments, I would think this method might work for you. I've never tried this myself though, so I couldn't say for sure.
