I am sorry some of your students are having trouble seeing your assignments. When you look under assignments and then scores do you see their names appear? I am wondering if they possibly joined after the content was assigned.

As for the students that have a greyed out area where a code would normally go, I would check if they accidentally made a teacher account and if they did change it to a student account.

I will double check to see if they accidentally made a teacher account! I didn't think about that.

And yes! When I check my class list they are on there. On my end it simply looks like they have not done their assignments. and I had some students join after the content was assigned, however I refreshed and it showed up for them just fine. I just have a few select students having these issues no matter how much I send it to them or refresh the assignment. They simply never gain that "assignment" tab to click on in the first place. Where as other students have the assignment tab appear after joining?

Sorry to hear you're having problems with the assignments! Here are a few additional things you may want to try:

• Remove and then re-add them to your class. To do this, visit your Students page and select the checkbox next to their name. Then click "Stop coaching" under the "Actions" dropdown in the top right. Then have them re-enter your class code.
• If they're using the class code to join, then it sounds like they may have created the accounts themselves? One reason they may be seeing a grayed out class code box is if they are under the age of 13 (or if the system thinks they are < 13). Have them visit their Account Settings and enter their correct birthdate if it isn't already listed. If they are < 13, they will need to invite their parent via their settings page. The parent can then create an account linked to the student, and allow the student to add teachers.

Alrighty, I tried all of that. His profile (in the box to the right hand side) always says "profile will not load" and no matter how many times i delete him and he rejoins he can never see his assignments tab. Is there someone that can go in an manually put the students in? I have spent about a week trying every way to resolve this issue. :(
