Timed Mini-Section Not Starting

The button that says "Let's go, start the timer!" for my SAT math timed mini-section is grayed out and, when clicked on, does not function. I have completed all of the tasks above it and they each have "review" next to them. I've reviewed them a couple times. They also have check marks next to them so I think they're done.
