Why can I not re-watch the videos? / Calendar year?

Hi Jennifer, welcome to KA!  Regarding #2 - you should definitely be able to re-watch any video (all content can be consumed as much as you'd like), would you mind walking me through where you're finding yourself blocked when trying to do so?

Hi Jennifer, if you have watched a video once, and you have trouble watching it again, please click on the little "rewatch" arrow ( 3/4 circle arrow) under the video on the left side of the screen, to the left of the volume control. You should do this before you are sent to the next video. I hope this helps!

I cannot rewatch videos either.  I have tried the suggestions.  In HS Biology, for instance, I cannot rewatch ligaments, tendons, and joints.

Are you not seeing the restart button on the video, or is it automatically skipping to the next video in the series?

If it's the latter case, you will need to disable the video auto-play feature via your Account Settings page in order to stop the site from automatically moving to the next video. You can find more information here.

If that doesn't work, please submit a support ticket and we can take a closer look at the issue.
