Khan Academy slow speed

I use Khan Academy for my year 9 students to teach HTML. The network is really slow and when they click videos to watch or attempting to work on assignments everything is slow. So far I have used this during remote learning and students seemed to get on well. But now they can't even click anything. Is there any known network issues as my school IT team have checked and reported this is not network issue in school and this is from website.
