We have sent the support ticket and I only received a confirmation so far that a ticket has been created. My son is trying to get his assignments completed but it won't allow any progress to be recorded. We have tried everything, I know they were having a lot of issues yesterday but it says it was resolved.

getting the same error. Cannot move forward, stuck on one question. Tried everything suggested, with no results.

We had success by opening an incognito window on our Mac. That was the only way it worked. Iphone app is still not working and is greatly delayed results.
