Incomplete loading on some Python curriculum pages

Thanks for letting us know about this! I just tested the link you mentioned, and everything seems to be working now on my end—so I’m wondering if the issue might have been resolved since you posted.

Yes, I still experience the problem.

Amanda responded to my first problem report about it https://support.khanacademy.org/hc/en-us/requests/483188 (March 6).
That report was then closed for some reason.

I then made another problem report https://support.khanacademy.org/hc/en-us/requests/483902 on March 14. (I don't remember why I did not make it a follow-up to the previous request.)  I included in both reports that I access Khan Academy using Chrome on a Windows computer.

I made this post to the Support Community in hopes of both finding out if anyone else found this a problem, and maybe also informing anyone who was experiencing the problem that it was not limited to them.

Would it help you and other KA staff if I note in any Support Community posts if I have already reported the problem?  Should I include a link to the ticket (like above)?

I am still experiencing the problem where the home page of the Python course is not fully loading.  Almost all of the course has been uploaded, and I would guess it will start getting much heavier usage in the next couple months.  I hope the Python team is aware of this glitch that may get in the way of people making use of their hard work.

JaniceHolz Has this been a persistent issue, or more of an intermittent one? When it does occur, does refreshing the page always fix it?

I see there was a report made about this already but it doesn't sound like it will be prioritized. I've tried reproducing the issue myself a few times but have been unable to do so. I haven't seen reports from anyone else experiencing the same issue either.

If this happens again, it would be helpful if you could share a screenshot of your browser's console immediate after the page goes blank (before refreshing or clicking on anything else).

That sounds to me like she reproduced something similar to what I do.  Am I misunderstanding?

As far as a screenshot, the one I pasted in above is what I see almost every time I go to the home page.  I provided screenshots with the browser console open with my 2nd problem report (linked in the post); as I say in that report, the 2nd attached screenshot is what I see immediately on arriving at the page.  Is that what you are asking for?

I expect to be at my dad's house next week; I'll see if I get the same problems there.  (I also have had other issues with the website that KA staff says no one there can replicate.)

I opened the console before going to the page, then took the screenshot before refreshing or anything else.  After a refresh, it was actually worse:

As usual for me, the only way to get the complete page was to click on the "Intro to computer science - Python" link in the upper left (above Unit 1):
