I cant get what i want in courses

dear Sal Khan (or anyone else that can help me),
So whoever you are, I'm in India at the moment. I hate the education here. I want to take computer programming and high school chemistry, but it's not letting me. I tried changing my location, but I can't.
Please help me, and I hope you aren't one of those kinds of sites that take years and years and an email but never reply. If you log in to my account, I took grammar, as we need something. and I'm far ahead of my grade. I'm on a MacBook computer

Here are some of the ways you can find a course that is not displayed on the Courses menu:
- Adding them to My courses on your Learner homepage.
- Browsing the main subject domain page.
- Using a direct bookmarked link to the course.
- https://www.khanacademy.org/science/hs-chemistry
- https://www.khanacademy.org/computing/computer-programming
- Or simply searching for it on the search bar!
