Is there anything that can make a user loose energy points, or is it completely impossible to lose even 1 energy point?

I don't think you can lose any energy points.

Hi Damiean,

It is not possible to lose any energy points. You can earn energy points by watching videos and completing exercises, but you will not lose energy points from missing questions. You can learn more about energy points here.
