"Report Errors" button

Hey there. I'm sometimes using Khan Academy in a different language. I ran into various spelling mistakes and would have loved to report them and noticed that there is no such option. So maybe, a "report mistakes"-button à la idk Duolingo where, for example the community can get involved too could really be cool/help out.
