Was I Banned?

There was a site outage a few days ago that affected some users' ability to load programs. The issue has been fixed now, but if you're still unable to load programs there are a few things you may need to try:

• Clear your browser cache (some users have had to do this a few times)
• Use a different web browser (Chrome and Firefox should both be working)
• Refresh the page a few times

If those suggestions don't fix the issue, please submit a support ticket so that we can further investigate the problem.

I tried using Microsoft Edge before with it not working. Now that I tried again, apparently it does. I usually use Chrome for my programs, do you happen to know why Chrome doesn't work while Edge does? If you don't know, that's fine. I did try reloading and clearing cache, but that didn't help.

Chrome is working fine on my end and I've had others report so as well. Have you cleared your entire browser cache from Chrome, or just from the khanacademy.org site?

You'll need to clear the cache from Khan Academy and all of its subdomains in order to fix the issue. Some users have said that they needed to clear the cache and reload a few times to get it working again.
