Same issue here, there is no "settings" box to click.
Browsers used are Brave 1.88.132, Firefox for Linux Mint mint-001 - 1.0 148.0.2 (64 bit), and Chrome Version 146.0.7680.80 (Official Build) (64 bit)
OS is Linux Mint 22.3 - MATE 64 bit 6.8.0 - 106 - generic -
If you need support from KA staff, the fastest way is with a support ticket, as noted above.
