College Board Linked But PSAT Data Is Not Available

When did your students take the PSAT? If they took it earlier this year (October 2017), their data isn't displayed because the College Board has not yet released that data. The data from the 2017 PSAT will not be released until December 11.

My students took the PSAT in 9th grade (2015) and 10th grade (2016), so those scores should be available to us. 

Try having your students un-link their College Board account, and then re-link it. If this still doesn't work, it would be best to submit a help ticket for this issue.
