Hi, one of my students is unable to log in. She sees the loading, but it never completes.
Any suggestions for her?
She is in the system and has completed a lot of the work. For some reason she can't log in at this time though. I had her try a few things but nothing seems to be working.

May I ask, what does she use to log in? Email, google email, linked (etc.). Based upon what she uses to login can determine what may be causing her not to be able to log in. For example, if she logs in with an email then she would have to make sure that her email is active and affected in any way so that it won't affect her logging in on Khan Academy. Also if this wasn't the case then, please submit a support ticket here.
