Videos and exercises not showing as completed on teacher dashbaord

Over and over and over. I will be sitting with my kids and watching them complete their assignments. It will show the videos that have been watched and assignments completed on their end, but then only some of them show up as completed on my teacher dashboard. This is the most frustrating experience.
