I have a family at my school that can't log in with tablet. Do you have directions for that?

Hello! Since there could be a number of things causing the login issue, it may be best to have the family submit a support ticket so that the KA Support Team can get to the bottom of the issue.

It's also worth checking to see if they are using the correct mobile app. Many students and parents try to use the Khan Academy Kids app to log in, but they should be using the regular Khan Academy app to access class assignments.
