Auto improvement in quality of offline videos when connected with internet.

I bookmarked and downloaded videos (in low quality, as the KA downloader was not downloading efficiently) so as to have a backup in case my data connection is lost.

But it backfired on me when i was watching with data connection as the video's resolution was not increasing, and there is no option to that either.

Suggested solutions:

1. Option to manually change the video quality.

2. Option to choose Auto improvement of video quality if there is data connection.

The suggestion 1 is already much requested feature, and still, looking at lack of its implementation i guess it would be difficult to implement this. So, maybe can u please look at suggestion 2 for time being???
