Which course should I take? There are several on Calculus but I do not know which one I should select.

Hey there, Veronica Chiaravalli! Hope you're having a great day. You're interest in learning how NN works and deep learning in general, Before heading to Calculus please make sure your base skills of Calculus, which is trigonometry, Vectors, Logarithm is very strong. You can check out precalculus section on KA.
After that, you just go through AP Calculus BC section which covers necessary skills you require.
