Engage NY Grade 6 Module 4 Topic order incorrect

My son is in tears today because he was trying to work through Grade 6 Module 4 Topic D.  After we reviewed the entire module, we were amazed to find out that the foundational knowledge required for Topic D is contained in TOPIC E.  There is no way this is correct, so in order to avoid more tears, please reconsider the order of these topics.
