Here is an example of a problem on the Kahn site: (a^3)^4 divided by (b^2)^4 Why is the answer 1over a^12 times b^8 and not b^8 over a^12? I am not understanding when put he expression in fractional form or when to invert the answers I get for division of exponents. Please help ASAP. Thank you.
