My Account Is About To Be Deleted

I keep getting emails saying my account will be deleted. Each time I've logged into Khan academy and used it to complete some lessons to reactivate my account, but the emails keep coming. I just got another email saying my account would be deleted in 2 days. I've used Khan Academy for 10 or 15 years and would really prefer not to lose everything I've worked on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
