Unit 3 challenge: drawing random robot avatar

Okay how is this not correct for the bow position on step 3? I ran the code 10 times and the bow was either there or not on the head? Does it need to generated separately for the head OR the neck at a bowtie? I've wasted way too much time on this as is...

Hi gboogie,

Step 3 of the exercise says:

Be sure to generate a random number to represent the bow location just once. It should not be possible for the avatar to have a hair bow and a bowtie at the same time.

The code you shared above does not seem to check for the bowtie case. After drawing the rest of the avatar (so at the end of your code above), you need to check the bow_position variable to determine whether or not a bowtie should be drawn (if the variable equals 2).

The exercaise also says:

For a hair bow, the bow needs to be drawn first — before the eyes, nose, and mouth.

You've drawn the eyes before drawing the hair bow "avatar.draw_eyes("medium")" should come after the hair bow is drawn.
