Khanmigo is not showing up even after being paid for

Hello! im sorry if the title is a bit misleading but my parents bought khanmigo for me to help improve my grades. so they bought it and I haven't gotten it but whats weird is I see it in the settings to enable it and i see a few things at the bottom listed under khanmigo

but it is not showing up in the menu bar

and when i click the activities in the Khanmigo tab it leads me here

i don't know what's going on but I'd hate if i had to tell my parents that i can't do anything to fix this and there 44 dollars have been burned for something that doesn't work.
