Android 2.1.1 bugfixes

Android 2.1.1 went live yesterday - this fixes the two main bugs that people were previously reporting:  

- videos didn’t properly show up in landscape tablets
- Google login wasn’t working

It also fixes the following, less-reported issues:

- fix a crash when viewing your profile in low connectivity settings
- fix several UI issues in exercises
- fix an issue where navigating back and forth to search was causing a crash
