I have aprox. 350 students working in high school in Khan Academy and I an so disapointed to see that the grid is not available anymore. At our school all math teacher work with their students with Khan and it is really necesary for keeping track of our students progress. Hope you reconsider this action.

I agree. Am I missing something? This is critical and without it or something similar I won't be able to use Khan Academy as extensively as I have been.
My particular use-case:
I assign 10-30 exercises to a class of 30 students for each unit. At the end of the unit, when they take the unit test, I check to see which of the exercises each student has completed to at least practiced status and give credit accordingly. Exercises that have been completed to Level 1, Level 2 or Mastered status earn extra credit.
The new Assignments functionality will be useful during the unit for determining what problems students need help on but it does not appear to provide a quick mechanism for assigning a score across a large set of exercises.
I also miss the grid and wrote a tool to replicate it from downloaded data.

It's not a complete replacement as there is no live-link to the relevant detail but it's been useful at our school for getting an overview of student progress in a specified list of skills.
