I can't believe I've only ever found one post about this issue on this entire forum. So every time I go to Khan Academy and log in, My homescreen has a "lol.khanacademy" URL. This alone would not be a problem, besides being strange and kind of annoying. Additionally, ALL of my assignments are posted with details: "This assignment has no content". I cannot even click on ANY of my assignments, and as a result, have been receiving zeros in my grade book for every time a teacher assigns us homework from Khan Academy. I really hope that this issue can be resolved, as it is quite difficult to explain to teachers. They think I installed some sort of plugin that corrupted my account. Frankly, I don't blame them, because if a student showed me this problem I would think they were pulling my leg or trying to be funny. Please help ASAP. And yes, this happens on mobile AND PC.

Hi Robert,

The lol domain is an actual domain that we used for a hackathon event and testing purposes, but it isn't intended to be used by end-users. I'm not exactly sure how your account ended up defaulting to that domain, but I do have a couple of suggestions:
- Can you check your account settings and verify that the language is set to English (or whatever language you prefer)?
- You may also need to clear your browser cache. Instructions for doing so can be found here.
If neither of those suggestions fix the problem, please submit a support ticket so we can take a look at your account and further investigate the issue.
