I have a student in my class working on a challenge in the intro to JS and the instructions are not loading - it just says "waiting for code to run" he has logged out, refreshed the page, tried another computer. Now it is also happening on a subsequent challenge in the Advanced JS Games section. Any tips?

Hi all! I'm Josh, a Khan Academy volunteer who works with many of the support issues in the Computing section.
This sounds frustrating! I'd like to jump in this thread and try to make sure we've tried the known causes and solutions, and that we've gathered all the info we can that might help the developers.
First, let's make sure this isn't a whitelisting issue. Sometimes, networks or devices are configured to only allow access to certain websites. The Khan Academy computing section makes use of resources in a few places that the rest of the site doesn't use, so there are a couple of extra domains that need allowed or whitelisted. If there's any chance that this could be an issue (this can happen with school networks often, for example, or parental control software), then please make sure you've followed the instructions dealing with whitelisting domains in this article.
After checking that, you may need to restart your browser, device, router, and/or the programming challenge if you've made any changes, so make sure to do that.
If that didn't work, let's try to gather a little more information about the issue. If you have any other devices, or access to a different web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.), you might see if there are any different results from changing that. Please report back if you notice anything relevant, it may be helpful to others! :)
Finally, there may well be one or more error messages in the "developer console" or "JavaScript console" of your browser. It can be a little overwhelming when these tools are open, but this article should help you to check the console and find any errors. Please report those back. A screenshot might could be useful for that, or using copy/paste. There is very possibly some useful information there that could help us figure this one out.
Terribly sorry y'all are experiencing such difficulty, but hopefully we can make some progress on this one soon!
I believe I landed on this thread because of an infinite loop that's stuck open running on my program. Before you have any time to change the code, the browser's locked. Safari and Chrome so far. I'll start from scratch until someone finds a solution.

Hello all! I am sorry that you are still experiencing issues with this program. I am going to post this thread to the Khan Academy blog site and hopefully a developer or staff member will response with some news or advice. In the meantime can someone or all of you complete a service ticket (https://khanacademy.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new). Thank you for your posts and hopefully I will have some news sooner rather than later.
I got this problem today out of nowhere in the Intro to JS course. The challenge I'm on just keeps saying "waiting for code" to run. I've restarted my computer, closed and reopened my browser, tried both Firefox and Chrome and it's still giving me the error. I even went back to an earlier challenge I had completed only a few minutes before I got the error and that's giving me the same error now too. When I open the Web Console on Firefox it's giving me a ton of warnings and errors on those pages too.
