As you can see, the option to report disappears when the waiting for code to run message is displayed

Hi Lisa,   thanks for the solution.  However, it appears that when the "waiting for code..." message displays, you cannot see the Report an Issue button.    Hope to hear from you soon.

Same problem here with a number of my students.  Sorry, no solution.
