What will happen to the World of Math mission?

That is correct. Unfortunately the World of Math mission will also be going away along with the rest of the mission system in June. At this time we do not have an equivalent to the World of Math mission in the new Course Mastery system, but that may be a possibility in the future.

Does Khan Academy have a feature request page? I'd love to add this to the list, and I'm sure others would love to see it maintained (in some other form, if necessary) as well.

If the World of Math Mission is ending in June, does that mean that it will still be available through the month of June? I have always wanted to complete it, but never got around to it. I can probably do it if I have until the end of June.

The Mission system will likely be gradually removed throughout the month of June for various users, so I'm afraid I don't have an exact date for when the World of Math Mission will no longer be accessible from your account. That being said, I would not plan on having access to the WoM mission until the end of June.
