Course progress lost

I was logged out of the app and when I logged in there was no history or progress saved from 3 courses I was doing. When I added them again the were shown as not started. How can I restore my courses progress?

Hi nikolajevama,

It sounds like you may have accidentally created duplicate accounts, which is a common reason why entire course progress can seem to disappear.

Could you please submit a support ticket so that we can take a closer look?
