Random "Oops! Looks like we are having trouble loading data about your user account."

Starting a few days ago (or maybe just yesterday), I have been frequently getting the error message as follows:

It really just keeps happening. When I refresh, it gives me the message again and when I log out I'm logged out. When I log back in, I get the message again. This is kinda really annoying, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
