This is happening a lot recently, and I am very annoyed. I keep writing the right answer, but it said I was wrong. For example (this is a true story): I got the question '10 / 5/8'. Naturally, I answered 16. However, it said I got it wrong. I wrote 16/1, because those numbers are equivalent! Still wrong! I answered 16 again. I got it right! This is really annoying me know, and it might be a bug, but please try and fix it.

Are you having this issue with multiple different exercise sets? Or is it just one exercise set in particular?
The answer 16/1 was likely marked as incorrect since it is not fully simplified (most questions expect the answer to be in simplified form, unless otherwise stated), but the exercise definitely should not have marked 16 as wrong and then later as correct for the same question.
If you happen to run into this issue again, could you please post a screenshot of the answer being marked wrong and then subsequently correct?
Additionally, if you find a question that you think is falsely marking a correct answer as incorrect, you can report the issue directly on the exercise.
