Can't get into child's settings so I can access their password for account

I am trying to access my child's password for their account as a Parent so I they can log in to do their assignments. However, when I go into the settings under my name and click on the Settings tab, it does not open up their settings. I tried my other children's accounts, both under 13 and over 13 years old, and none of their account settings open.

Hopeful in resolving this matter so my child can start on Pre Calculus next week.

Hi Kelsey,

Thanks for reporting this issue! I was able to reproduce the problem on my end and have gone ahead and escalated the issue to our technical team.

In the meantime, you should be able to access your child's settings via the Parent Dashboard. From here, you should see an "Edit settings" button to the right of each child listed.

Additionally, you can also submit a support ticket and we can assist you with any account changes that need to be made if you're still having issues.
