Add new badges

Hi Clara,

A number of the badges were retired since they were associated with the old Mission system, and thus were not compatible with the new Course Mastery learning system. We also removed several of the non-learning-related badges in order to simplify our transition to a new programming language.

We do hope to add more Course Mastery badges in the future, but I'm afraid I do not have a timeline as to when those may be added or what badges that might include.

It is now 2024 and the end of February, I wonder if this March they might add them due to newer courses being added.

There should also be python challenge patches, too!
And also new and interesting badges in other tiers.
