To better replicate the actual SAT...
Greetings, Khan community!
I am taking the SAT, and I have a suggestion for the program that would help those who will surely follow in my footsteps in using Khan to raise their score. I know it is in the best interest of learning to withhold the formulas for many geometric figures. This most certainly fosters the learning process, but that is not exactly what is realistic relative to the current SAT, as formulas are provided when you take the mathematics sections.
I suggest that geometric formulas could be provided by the program when applicable. If the formulas are provided repeatedly, students like myself will likely know when to use what formula, and our confidence will grow. Even better, we should have the opportunity to toggle on or off any suggested geometric formulas off if we seek to challenge ourselves.
Thanks for the opportunity to share my thoughts.
