Comment actionsHi everyone! We've come to find that the issue is, indeed, triggered when using an outdated browser. To fix this, I'm afraid that you'll have to update your browsers to the latest versions.

I think that it could be a glitch or an error that may be occurring in our system or that the internet/wifi in you all area may be affected, whichever the case I suggest that you send a support ticket here where you can provide in more detail what you may be dealing with so that one of our administrators can help you figure out the issue.
