Student's activity not showing

I selected the student, the date range, all activity, and all content.

Hi Jeff,

Could you please submit a support ticket for this issue? This will allow us to take a look at your account so we can further investigate the issue.

In your request, please be sure to include the following information:

• The username or email of the student
• The name or class code of the class the student is in
• An example date or assignment for which their activity is missing
