LSAT timed mini section is frozen

The timed section won't let me proceed to see answers or continue with section. Then I refresh the page, it says an error has occurred. I can not continue with other practice problems.

I also cannot see my scores for LSAT and it does not appear on the my courses page. I sent them an email but have yet to receive a response. Does KA answer emails?

This issue should have been resolved quite a while ago. If anyone is still experiencing issues with the LSAT prep, please submit a support ticket so that we can further investigate it!
