Metric System Calculations

As a student who is not in the US (or other countries which use the imperial system), when faced with exercises that involve conversion between different imperial units, I mostly have to resort to Google for help.

Could the site include a selection for imperial/metric so students can select which system to use? This way, students can receive and answer questions based on the system they have chosen.
