So I know how to post an assignment; however, is there a way to ask students to complete all the questions for the certain assignment. For example, a Preposition Identification Exercises only asks that students correctly complete seven of twenty total possible problems. Is there a way to assign all twenty problems? I just want my kids to receive more than seven problems.

I'm afraid there's not a way to select how many questions students are required to complete. However, you can ask your students to complete the assignment multiple times in order to receive extra practice. When creating assignments, make sure to select the "Give students different questions" options to ensure that they are shown new questions each attempt.
On the Scores tab, you will see the best score recorded across all attempts that the student completed. If you go to the Manage tab and select the "X / X" statistic under the completion column, you can see how many times each student completed the exercise.
