College Board Linked Account

Hi there,

From your coach dashboard is it saying that his account is not linked to the College Board, or is it saying that he hasn't turned on SAT sharing with you? A screenshot would help determine what the issue is.

I am having the same problem with multiple students. Their account says they are connected to CollegeBoard, but they are listed as "not linked" on my teacher dashboard. Here are the images:

I found in 2 cases they have more than 1 Khan Academy account. One of them is connected to CollegeBoard and one isn't.

Their College Board account can only be linked to one KA account, so if they have more than one account they may need to add you as a teacher for their second account, or unlink from College Board on the other account and link it to the account you have in your classroom.

Sometimes a few students have issues with the invite to share SAT data, so you may need to re-request that they share their SAT data. To do this, visit the SAT tab in your classroom and click the "Resent SAT data-sharing request" button. If this still does not work, please submit a support ticket so we can further investigate the issue.
