Here are my suggestions for making Khan Academy more user friendly for teachers. If you AGREE with my suggestions please click the "UP VOTE" arrow to the left so we can be heard.

1. Ability to edit multiple assignments' due dates (or other features) for multiple classes at the same time. Managing assignments for multiple classes is VERY time consuming.

2. Ability to view a specific student's completed assignments and not have to look in each assignment for a specific student. This could be a tab under "Progress" after you click on a specific student.

3. Ability to assign a "lowest grade" percentage to be considered complete. Right now a student can get only one question right and it will show complete. I would like to percentage to be at least 60% before it says the student's assignment is complete.

Based on feedback that you and other teachers shared with our team, Khan Academy has just launched a new feature that will allow you to edit multiple assignments at once! We know that things are constantly changing in the classroom, and we wanted to make it easier for you to adjust coursework when you need to!

In addition to that feature, we’ve added the ability to schedule assignments for a future date and time. We hope you will enjoy these new features, and we welcome any feedback you have about them.

If it’s been a while, and you need a refresher on using Khan Academy, I highly recommend our course, Khan for Educators. This course is composed of seven lessons that explore everything from getting started to classroom implementation and diving deep into Khan Academy’s teacher reports.

In regards to your second request, that feature is also already available on the site! Please check out our article How do I use my Individual Student and Activity Overview reports? for more information.

And, finally, regarding your third request, the assignment will show as completed even if the student got 0 questions correctly, as you noticed. However, teachers have the ability to re-assign the same content in order for the student to complete it again! Thanks for all of your suggestions!

I would also like to see some of the coaching tools improved, and have already mentioned several of these ideas to the development team. As of right now, I am not aware of any plans to implement these features, but I'll let you know if I hear anything else.

I agree! Especially with #1. I came on here to suggest the same thing. There have been so many times when I have wanted to change the due date. Instead I just tell the kids to disregard the due date and continue to do them as late.

I did find a way to help with #2. If you click "Settings" under the class and then "Download CSV," it'll give you a spreadsheet that you can sort/filter by student name and/or due date to see all the scores you'd like.
