How to type 8th root of y

The question asks me to write y^3/8 power in radical form. I know the answer, but can't figure out how to type it.

There is a button for square root and cube root, but how do I get the 8th root? I tried 8^ before the square root symbol, but it is not right. Any ideas?

Thanks to Kim, I know the answer. In the lessons, use the cube root button and then erase the 3 and type the root you want, in this case, I would erase the 3 and type 8.

I just had the same problem, but I found another solution! If you type nth root in the answer box, it will let you fill in anything! I discovered this after almost giving up and typing seventh root in the answer box only to discover that the nth in seventh would fix my problem.
